By accessing and using Patient Trackers (“Service”, “Platform”), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our healthcare patient flow management platform operated by Patient Trackers, Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
Patient Trackers is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed to help healthcare providers manage patient flow, reduce wait times, and improve communication between staff and patients. Our services include:

The Service is intended for use by licensed healthcare providers, healthcare facilities, and their authorized staff members. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account information updated. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
Different user roles have different access levels and permissions. Account administrators are responsible for managing user access and ensuring appropriate use.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:
As a healthcare technology provider, we serve as a Business Associate under HIPAA. A separate Business Associate Agreement (BAA) governs our handling of Protected Health Information (PHI).
We implement appropriate technical, administrative, and physical safeguards to protect PHI in accordance with HIPAA Security Rule requirements.
As a Covered Entity, you remain responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with HIPAA and other applicable privacy laws. You must implement appropriate policies and training for your staff.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Patient Trackers, Inc. and its licensors.
You retain all rights to your data, including patient information. We do not claim ownership of any data you upload or create using the Service.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms during your subscription period.
The Service is provided on a subscription basis. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.
We accept major credit cards and ACH payments. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred.
If payment is not received when due, we may suspend your access to the Service until payment is made. A late fee may apply.
We may change our subscription fees with 30 days' notice. Changes will take effect at your next billing cycle.
Important: This section limits our liability. Please read carefully.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PATIENT TRACKERS, INC., ITS AFFILIATES, AGENTS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, SUPPLIERS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, you will lose access to the Service and any data stored therein.
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data. After this period, your data may be permanently deleted.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last Updated” date.
Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Service.
