Our Story
Patient Trackers was born from a simple observation: healthcare providers spend too much time managing logistics and not enough time caring for patients. Our founders, Sarah and Michael, witnessed this firsthand while working in healthcare administration and technology.
After seeing countless practices struggle with patient flow bottlenecks, long wait times, and communication breakdowns, they knew there had to be a better way. Traditional practice management systems were complex, expensive, and didn't solve the real problem.
In 2020, they set out to build the solution they wished existed: intuitive, affordable, and laser-focused on optimizing patient flow. Today, Patient Trackers serves over 2,000 healthcare practices across the country.
